[OS X TeX] Creating i-Packages for latex2html, latex2rtf etc.

Gerben,
I also have built tth a long time ago. That was a very simple build 
without any changes ( I think). However, it is under a different license 
structure. You may have to check with the author before including it. 
tth does a very nice job using fonts instead of graphics for equations.
