[OS X TeX] Illustrator 10.0.1 for Mac OS X .eps

I should have asked-
does anyone know why:  removing the %%PageTrailer section from the eps file
(Illustrator 10.0.1) will allow document with an 'included eps' to print,
putting it back, of course, will cause it not to print?
