No. It's not designed to do this, kind of thing.
Though if you had the coordinates constructed externally
for a set of points then its not hard to program Xypic to connect them
with line segments.

There is an interpolating spline construction which can do this.
It's called a q-Bezier curve, or q-spline, I think.
In Xy-pic, look for \qspline in the xycurve module.
