[OS X TeX] Announce: i-Installer v2 Release Candidate 2, with packages for TeX

I can get to the second URL in Chimera but that URL gives me "error 
cannot read remote table of contents" when I try it in the i-installer. 
As with almost everyone else, I can't load the first URL and 
i-installer complains that it is an empty directory.
