[OS X TeX] BibTeX error - can anyone see what is wrong?

There is nothing wrong with that entry as I received it, but it may contain
a strange character in your bib file and this may cause BibTeX to not find
the end of the entry, and therefore not any of the following entries. I
would suggest that you erase that entry from the "process.bib" file and
paste it in again from a reliable source.
