[OS X TeX] 2 questions

When we try to get GS7 by doing:

>> Get the latest TeX-thin.dmg  (http://www.rna.nl/tex.html)
>> Start the dedicated i-Installer on it
>> Authenticate
>> [Close all open windows (not necessary but they are not needed)]
>> Chose open from URL in the File menu
>> Enter http://www.ntg.nl/macosx-tex/i-packages/gs7.ii

we get:
"unable to open package. package may be broken, or
may no exist."

?

About TeXShop:

I have one professor who said that he downloaded the latest TeXShop (he's
been using TeXShop for some time now) and he says that nothing but a blank
page displays for the pdf... Acrobat shows the page properly.
