[OS X TeX] New TeX-Scripts + TeX-Scripts-BBEdit + pdfselect source file

The pdfselectc script has been rewritten and now offers an additional 
dialog for the papersize. The corresponding droplet was replaced by two 
droplets depending on the default papersizes a4 and letter.

In addition the Xcode source file for the droplet pdfselect is 
available for download. The source file can be easily modified to 
create other droplets from Applescripts.
