[OS X TeX] Page size? (Using TeXShop and XeTeX and plain)

I need to format a particular document for 14"x8.5" (legal, landscape). How
do I tell this to TeXShop so that it displays that rather than the default
(letter)?

PS -- I could probably change the default, but that seems cumbersome.
