[OS X TeX] Page size? (Using TeXShop and XeTeX and plain)

AFAIK, no, the program is just at v0.3.

There's talk of setting up a xetex mailing list (check w/ Ross Moore) 
on the mactex mailing list, so you could mention this to Jonathan.

FWIW, in the meanwhile you can just add lines like:

\hsize=12in
\vsize=6.5in

to your source file

and change the Personal Script TeX program to:
xetex -papersize=legal:landscape

I'd thought that you could pass in options from the first line using
%&personaltex -papersize=legal:landscape

(where one's Personal Script TeX program is set to: xetex) but that 
doesn't work.

Calling all programmers --- could we add that so that one can pass 
parameters from the first line of one's source file?
