Ha!! Good luck trying to tell any editor that it is part of their job
to convert your article. The response in every case would be the same:
they'd reject your article instantly.
It's a buyer's market and editors are the buyers. I've never known one
that wasn't flush with the power that comes from that.
Still---if the implication is that things are different in the maths
world then that's good to know. But then surely they all insist (v.
reasonably) on latex submissions only…
