[OS X TeX] Updated TeXShop/iTeXMac macros

Hi all

I have uploaded the most recent macro "Clean up other files" to:

ALSO, the "Add Column" and "Delete column" macros as part of the Column 
Macros bundle have been updated. Two things are fixed. Firstly, 
indentation is now correct when you add a new column before column 
number one. Secondly, and significantly, these macros no longer erase 
everything after a backslash in a row!
