[OS X TeX] New TeXShop macro: "Insert reference"

Okay!
Lots to catch up on overnight.

New "Insert Reference" script contained in:
<http://www.mecheng.adelaide.edu.au/~will/tex/WR-TeXShop-Macros.plist>

It incorporates the line-ending switching command suggested by Matthew 
Hills, and it will no longer find bits in the preamble - I was 
searching for '\label', but the new search term is '\label{' - no more 
false positives with '\labelpar' commands, etc. Finally, the defaults 
have been changed as per Josep's suggestions.

There is also a new script, shamelessly taken from iTeXMac: "Open 
quickly…' will pop up a choose box with a list of files in the current 
directory for opening.
