[OS X TeX] offending subscriber removed

I've removed the subscriber "garbage at 4readers.com"  from the TeX on Mac 
OS X Mailing List.

Apparently this account was autoresponding to each message sent to the 
list, generating hundreds of responses.

We apologize for the inconveniences this caused.
