[OS X TeX] Sundry files in a subdirectory?

This was one of the goals of the now dormant ``tex bundle'' concept.

In the meanwhile, I just make a directory for a job, fill it w/ a 
``source'' folder in which everything goes, and add (from the 
``source'') aliases / links to the files I want to be able to access.
