[OS X TeX] tetex directory is linked to hard disk

that happened to me too (for some reason i didn't think much about it 
at the time and never reported it back. my bad.)

opening a Terminal window and typing the following should fix it.

cd /Library
rm teTeX
sudo ln -s ../usr/local/teTex teTeX
