Frans Faase's html2tex program
<http://home.planet.nl/~faase009/html2tex.html> might do what you want.
It compiles cleanly on OS X (you need the developer tools installed).
Brief instructions follow.

To download the source, use Terminal:

`curl http://home.planet.nl/~faase009/html2tex_c.txt -o html2tex.c`

to compile:

cc -o html2tex html2tex.c

to run:

/path/to/html2tex file.html
