You'll have to add BBAutoComplete to your BBEdit startup items anyway,
so why no add your completions file as well.

AutoCompletion is a long-standing feature request, just chime in, and 
add this
request as well. Just write to the support dept. of BBEdit. It seems 
reasonable to me...
