[OS X TeX] Flashmode 1.2

Version 1.2:
- Besides the old Flashmode applications some new ones have been added.  
When they run they behave like the old, but their user interface is  
slightly changed. There are two sets of applications 'Flashmode-i',  
1²i²7, and 'Flashmode-alt-i', i=1. Each set is controlled by a script  
'FlashmodeC' resp. 'FlashmodeC-alt'. When 'FlashmodeC' is called, it  
first checks, if the document is already controlled by Flashmode, if  
not, it looks which members of its set are available for work, and of  
those it tells the one with the smallest number to do the job. Thus,  
the preferences (interval, type engine) are specified for the sets  
only.
- The new applications depend on a new parameter 'Limit' resp.  
'Limit-alt' in the preferences, where the user can specify the maximum  
number of open applications from this set. By default  'Limit' is set  
to '7', while 'Limit-alt' will only make sense, if more members will be  
added to this set.
- The corresponding shell scripts are 'flashmode-1' resp.  
'flashmode-alt-1', they are in the bin folder of the folder  
'Flashmode'.
- All Flashmode applications (old or new) are to be given the 'quit'  
command via the button 'quit Flashmode'.
- To upgrade move the folder 'FlashmodeC' in '~/Library/', replace the  
application 'Flashmode-Scripts', and either replace the whole bin  
folder or just add the two shell scripts mentioned above.
