[OS X TeX] Page-up key in Cocoa Editors

Hi all,

I think this was discussed here recently, but I don't remember a 
resolution.

Is there a work-around for the behavior of the page-up key in Cocoa 
text editors? The behavior I don't like is that the up/down arrows move 
the cursor, but the page-up/page-down keys don't---they only move the 
view. This shows up in the TeXShop editor and in TextEdit. Is there a 
way to get page-up/page-down to move the cursor as well as the view?
