This looks as if you have at least one map too much activated. This
could be mt-belleek.map which simulates Mathtime through PD fonts.

Check first which maps are used: updmap --listfonts | grep -v ^# | grep
mt-

I think (I am no Mathtime user) mt-belleek.map is too much and since
you have mathtime and mathplus bought these two maps need to be
activated:

mt-plus.map
mt-yy.map

So the steps to take would be:

sudo updmap --disable mt-belleek.map

If any of mt-plus.map or mt-yy.map is not listed as being used you need
to activate that map:

sudo updmap --enable Map=mt-plus.map
sudo updmap --enable Map=mt-yy.map

(According to the man page 'sudo updmap --enable Map=mt-plus.map
--enable Map=mt-yy.map' should work too for both at once -- but I *can*
swear it never worked for me.)
