No. It could make it worse because the problem is a missing file which 
is not downloaded when needed. A reset-to-defaults on the package would 
save you. It's a genuine i-Installer (the program) bug which remained 
undetected for so long because I did not change the names of 'sets' 
inside the TeX i-Package until this release. I hope to do something 
about the bug soon.
