[OS X TeX] jurabib, authorindex, and memoir

I haven't used the jurabib package before, nor tried to make indices. 
So I can't help you at all, really. Sorry :)
If you don't find any help here, try on the comp.text.tex newsgroup 
through google --- there's bound to be someone there who can help.
