[OS X TeX] Two macros for TeXShop & iTeXMac

I have a talent.
I just walk into a bank and everything grinds to a halt.
No joke. My friends drag me to their bank whenever they want to get
even with their banker.
Anyway.
I hit FixTabul.
I change floating to fixed in the first dialog box.
I hit Booktabs even though I am writing a book rather than a memoir.
Just curious.
I see these beautiful apples.
I replace them with stuff. This is real easy.
I hit Typeset (I am in TexShop)
The console grinds to a premature halt: It is not happy about toprule,
etc
Now, before I change toprule to hline, is this because, downunder,
horizontal is top or is this because "they have better vertical
spacing" etc (Companion2ed p270.
As for your question (do you find them useful, or is it just as easy to
do it by hand?) are you kidding or fishing for compliments?
I wish you had published that a couple of weeks ago.
But I still have a lot of them to do. The point is that I fill most of
them by copy paste.
Thanks a real lot.
Regards
