My issue with this is that it could cause people to preclude other 
resources (such as those linked to from mac-tex) while adding extra 
bandwidth. We came to the conclusion that shorter is better a while 
back. I like Will's very short option of yesterday. One line, with the 
URL in the middle.

At least the argument of whether things are covered well enough should 
be dead, since one now has to click 'I agree' to the guidelines. If you 
didn't read them, you shouldn't click.
