Thanks.  This should be fixed now; my local disk image was fine, but  
the one on SourceForge must have been corrupted during upload.

I made a new release of 0.63a, but the URL is the same:  
<http://osdn.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/tcobrowser/TCOBrowser 
-0.63.dmg> gave me a successful download.
