[OS X TeX] Beginner's problem with TeXShop and .eps figures

Hi Peter,
TeXShop by default uses pdfTeX to process your documents. Hence the
error about eps files. In the Typeset menu choose TeX+Ghostscript
instead of Pdftex and and everything should work.
