[OS X TeX] Spell Checking in TeXShop

While CocoAspell can be used internally from TeXShop (and iTeXMac) it cannot
be run with "Check Spelling As You Type" checked and still have it skip over
LaTeX commands. I like to invoke it manually anyway!
