[OS X TeX] How to choose "personal script" automatically ?

Hi,

I'm using TeXShop and lilypond-book.

Thus, I've written a short script that runs lilypond-book and then
altpdflatex and set it to be my "personal script" in TeXShop.

When I want TeXShop to use altpdflatex, I just add :
%&latex
at the beginning of the .tex file.

Is there something similar to tell TeXShop to use the personal script ?
