[OS X TeX] ConTeXt

Gerben,
I have just installed TeX on a new installation-your new i-installer is 
very professional. I use ConTeXt and we still have problems with fonts 
which I made some progress with. But the font file adobekb.tex for 
using fonts in a more Latex way was not present and yet rather 
essential for Mac users.

Please could adobekb.tex be part of the installation.
