[OS X TeX] ConTeXt Question.

Howdy,

I'm VERY new to playing with ConTeXt but ran into the following problem. I
wrote the standard HelloWorld.tex file:

%&program=context
\starttext
Hello world.
\stoptext

where the first line is supposed to be an instruction to tell TeXShop to use
a context.engine which simply contained "texexec -pdf " to force pdf output
(it isn't important why I did that for this discussion). Using texexec 4.3
or 5.0 (with the TL2004 setup - I didn't try it with TL2003 so I don't know
about that) I couldn't get the file to compile; I got an error on the
existence of context. Removing the line fixed it all up.

None of the documentation I have lists "program=xxxxx" as a first line
switch for texexec. Is there a complete list of all first line switches for
texexec?

I haven't gotten very far with the ConTeXt Manual yet so I also wonder if
the centered page number in the header and empty footer is the default
header and footer or if I've got some other problem with my setup?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Good Luck,

Herb Schulz
