[OS X TeX] TeXShop and epstopdf font substitution

This was quite interesting output.  In particular, I learned TeXShop 
saves a backup copy of the document in
~/Temporary Items/501/TemporaryItems/TeXShop_<identifer> which is quite 
handy.
