[OS X TeX] A modest proposal

Where it says
   When sending messages in HTML format and one of more recipients are 
not listed as being able to receive HTML:
I checked "Convert the message to plain text"

I also changed what I wasn't sure was the domain name to the following two:
   email.esm.psu.edu
and
    esm.psu.edu
One of them ought to work.
