Hi Jose
What kind of Palm are you using and how are you doing the sync ?
Some options I think are:
(1) Saving the files in Palm Desktop as a Memo (however there is a fairly
tight restriction on the size of Memo's which I have forgotten but its small)
(2) Convert to `doc' format and edit using a doc editor like QED. There are
converters for converting text to doc such as
MacDocDD (Note doc format has nothing
to do with Microsoft Word -- its a format for reading texts.)
(3) Using DataViz Documents To Go which will let
you edit on the Palm in an application which can
deal with Word documents. Have a look at
www.dataviz.com. Documents To Go comes on some
recent Palms.
(4) Possible macnotetaker might be useful

I think given the size and CPU speed of a recent
Palm versus that of say a 128k 1984 Mac one ought
to be able to run tex on a palm. Previewing
might be tough but even a compiler which just
checked the syntax would be useful.
