[OS X TeX] Flashmode Kit for BBEdit-TeXniscope

Here is a working flashmode kit for BBEdit and TeXniscope.
TeXniscope's default window position should be in the left part of the
screen - at the moment this is the only possible position because of a
bug in TeXniscope - and the source file window in BBEdit should be
positioned in the right half of the screen. That way you can see both
windows together, if the other applications are hidden.

The flashmode kit consists mainly of two small Applescript
applications, flashmode_bbedit and save, that run in the backround.
Flashmode_bbedit constantly tries to run pdflatexc on the front most
file in BBEdit, while save saves the file in specified intervals
(default is 1 second). Both applications start a repeating process, the
user enters the repeat limit at the start (default is 10000). It works
pretty well. The only drawbacks are that the applications have to be
killed forcefully. Moreover, TeXniscope is occasionally complaining
about the pdf file. This error message can hopefully be suppressed in
future releases of TeXniscope.

The other contents of the kit are a shell script, two subroutines, and
an Applescript sync that should work in BBedit, and which should be
triggered by a keystroke, when necessary, since the Scripts Palette
will certainly be in the way. This script synchronizes BBEdit -->
TeXniscope and is meant as a navigation help.
