[OS X TeX] Flashmode Kit for BBEdit-TeXniscope

The following modifications have been made: There are now two
applications Flashmode and flashmode_quit, which have to be started -
flashmode_quit will terminate the process. No further action is
necessary.
Before starting Flashmode, the corresponding pdf file should already
exist and be open in TeXniscope. Now, it works real well - except for
TeXniscope's error messages.
Read the ReadMe file.
