[OS X TeX] iInstaller and manually installed components

Great. I had hoped things would be that simple, but I figured there 
might have been some special "magic" that made all of the packages play 
nicely with each other. But as long as it's just adjusting my PATH 
variable in BASH then this is something I'll definitly persue :)
