[OS X TeX] Three Font Questions

Hi,

I have three questions related to fonts.

1. I have been using MathTime and MathTime Plus
    for years, and now I rad about MathTime Professional.
Is there any difference, or need to upgrade?

2. Speaking of MathTime, I recently wanted to access
    another math symbol family, and got the error

> ! LaTeX Error: Too many math alphabets used in version normal.

> See the LaTeX manual or LaTeX Companion for explanation.

>  ...

> l.41    \mathscr A = \mathcal A

Well, the LaTeX Companion is not very explicit on this
topic... Is it possible that the MathTime fonts are loaded
on top the CM fonts?

3. XeTeX seems to be a very exciting new way of accessing
    many fonts, and choosing a number of variants. Is it possible
to also specify the tracking, as it is possible with Textures?
