[OS X TeX] TL2004: LaTeX has become pdfLaTeX

What I heard on the grapevine, namely that LaTeX will soon become 
pdfLaTeX  (ie that when you run latex, you actually run pdfelatex set 
to spit out dvi's) has already happened with TL2004.

I just typeset a file with latex (in a terminal window) and noticed 
that the output had margin kerning.  Then I noticed its announcement:
	This is pdfeTeX, Version 3.141592-1.20a-2.2 (Web2C 7.5.3)
Cool.
