[OS X TeX] New TeX i-Package, better XeTeX support

Try this in texmf.cnf:

TEXINPUTS.xelatex =                     
.;$TEXMF/{xetex,tex}/{xetex,latex,generic,}//
TEXINPUTS.xetex   =                     
.;$TEXMF/{xetex,tex}/{xetex,plain,generic,}//

But overall, Jonathan needs to decide how he wants the XeTeX layout. 
This is just providing a duct tape solution.

I'll add this to my setup, but with the intent to replace it with 
Jonathan's chosen solution later.
