[OS X TeX] More Extensions for Delete Aux Files

Hi

When using the minitoc package, the extra files generated are numbered as
follows:  .mtc, .mtc1, .mtc2 .. .mtc10, .mtc11, etc.  For instance, in
one document I have 17 such files are deleted.  Ideally, I would like all
of them deleted by the Delete Aux files command.  I think setting a limit
at 99 would probably be adequate.
