[OS X TeX] Elsart question

Dear all,
this isn 't a very general questions so please accept my apologies. I 
am trying to submit a paper in the Elsivier by using the elsart class. 
When I give the author's names and adresses

\author[Ufl]{Georgios Pyrgiotakis},
\author[Ufl]{name_2} and
\author[Ufl]{name_3 \corauthref{cor}}

\address[Ufl]{Materials Science \& Engineering, University of Florida, 
Gainesville}

\corauth[cor]{Corresponding Author.}
\ead{me at mse.ufl.edu}

Instead of the usual reference that the manual is talking about (a b 
and *) i get question marks...

Do you have any idea about that?

Any help is appreciated...
