XeTeX is the direct successor to TeX/GX

This should, ``just work'' if the fonts accede to the Unicode 
standard---if they don't, well, tell the folks who made them to get 
with the 21st century and make fonts in standard formats like OpenType 
with encodings which are actually useful beyond their little sandbox 
app.
