[OS X TeX] TeXShop and BibTeX

In my personal texmf folder I included a folder named bibtex which 
contains my .bib files. Bibtex will always search there. When I need 
bibtex, I run my bibtex scripts and they work flawlessly. I don't think 
that using TeXShop will make any difference.
