[OS X TeX] convert bibtex file to endnote?

Thank you. With this method it was possible to import my bib-file to
endnote. There are some problems with the conversion of non ascii
characters and it turns out that endnote 8 no longer has a global
search and replace option, although endnote 7 had. Unfortunately I
cannot import the converted bib-file into endnote 7. Is there a
solution to this poblem?
I tried to use the -u (for unicode) flag on bib2xml, but it did not
help.
