[OS X TeX] Font including phonetic alphabet

Hello
Is there a font freely available for latex (on mac os x) that  
includes the phonetic alphabet? How do I access the glyphs? A little  
bit off topic: is it possible to use phonetic alphabet in html and  
will browsers display it, i.e., are the glyphs available to any  
browsers?
