[OS X TeX] FAILED to generate…

I worked with TeXShop 1.34 under Mac OS 10.3.4 and had no problem. But 
now, when I want to compile with Tex/Ghostscript, I have :

### ps2pdf13 /tmp/altpdflatex.520-1124891865/these.ps 
/tmp/altpdflatex.520-1124891865/ousia.pdf
/usr/local/teTex/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin-current/altpdflatex: line 
552:  540 Bus error		"${distillerprog}" "${psfile}" “${pdffile}"
### FAILED to generate /tmp/altpdflatex.520-1124891865/these.pdf ()

Do you know why ? Thank you for your help, it is my thesis !!!
