Here is the iBook G3 again: It still uses 640 MB RAM and runs MacOS X 
10.3.9

The pdflatex-Version is: pdfeTeX 3.141592-1.21a-2.2 (Web2C 7.5.4) - 
kpathsea version 3.5.4

The results are:

        69.28 real        53.66 user        11.92 sys
