2004 stable is the one you shoul duse. 2003 is only there for backward 
compatibility with some projects of some users and it is not considered 
by me to be 'stable' as it shares parts of the 2004 setup.

However it is stable enough to work for normal use like yours.

But th 2004 version is the way to go.
