[OS X TeX] New i-Packages: potrace and pstoedit

Two i-Packages have been released:

1. potrace (bitmap image trace tool). This was already available in  
the *EXPERIMENTAL* i-Directory
2. pstoedit (vector image conversion program). This one is untested  
(just compilation and packaging done) but I think the basic  
functionality will be OK.
