The TeX i-Package has been updated and will become the standard
package in a few days. Currently, it can be downloaded from the
*EXPERIMENTAL* i-Directory.

When you have the fondu program installed (for which there is an i-
Package) and you install the updated TeX i-Package, an addition to
gwTeX will be installed which will enable you to use several fonts
which come with your Mac in normal PDFTeX. (TeX + dvips is not
supported, nor are TeX hacks that depend on PostScript trickery like
pstricks and microtype supported).

Using the Mac fonts is simple, and support for LaTeX and ConTeXt is
available. For the Hoefler and Didot fonts, you can even select to
have the old style numerals by default.

After installation, the manual is in /Library/teTeX/share/texmf.gwtex/
doc/fonts/gtamacfonts/gtamacfonts.pdf or you can type "texdoc
gtamacfonts" in a Terminal window.

The rest of the i-Package has not changed so only a download of the
gwTeX part will follow if you update and (re)install.

The support has been developed by Adam Lindsay and Thomas A. Schmitz.
